Technician came promptly and in a very professional manner talked through the issues. After hearing about the issues the technician quickly found the causes and resolved them. After the resolution the technician went over in detail about the situation of what was found and how it was resolved.

Such a quick response! I called and had help to our home within 2 hours! Our technician Jheovany was knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. He was thorough to assess our A/C issues. He offered several options to fix the problem. Jheovany was patient to answer our many questions and gave us time to make an informed decision. Very happy with Air Squad, thank you! A blower went out in one of our units and they came out on a Sun night to check on it. The blower was burned up. They gave me a quote on replacing it, which was more than fair. When they arrived to install the new blower they informed me that my old one was under warranty, so my quote would be over $1000 less. They did not have to do that and I really respect them for doing that. The tech was very professional, friendly and patient with me....I ask a lot of questions. Thank you Air Squad!!
