Radiant barriers perform a similar function to that of attic insulation. The difference between the two is how it reduces the flow of hot air in attics & other spaces by reducing the amount of heat “radiated” across an air space that is adjacent to the radiant barrier. Conventional insulation only traps still air within the insulation thereby keeping heat from moving into the space beneath the attic space of your home.
Which Radiant Barrier is for you?

Radiant Coating
-
Economical way to add radiant barrier to existing structures
-
Will increase home value
-
Will reflect approximately 75% of the radiant heat transfer
-
Improves the efficiency of your existing insulation
-
Will not block cellular or antennae signals
-
Will not trap moisture

- Foil Barrier
-
Will increase home value
-
Will reflect approximately 97% of the radiant heat transfer
-
Improves the efficiency of your existing insulation
-
Will not block cellular or antennae signals
-
Will not trap moisture
