When weather is at it’s worst, heating & cooling systems have a way of breaking down.  Regular tune-ups will help prevent breakdowns, prolong the life of your equipment and may be required to maintain the warranty on your equipment.

Air Squad Energy Savings Agreements guarantee that you will have a expert heating and air conditioning contractor at your service 24 hours a day, 6 days a week (Mon-Sat).   Emergency service is just a phone call away.

ENERGY SAVINGS AGREEMENT

Air Squad Energy Savings Agreement customers will receive the following benefits:

• Your heating & cooling equipment will be kept at peak operating conditioning.

• Avoid an expensive breakdown; test for weak components
• Required on some systems to maintain manufacturer’s warranty
• Required by ALL home warranty companies
• Limited lifetime warrany on repairs & equipment* (must maintain E.S.A.)

• No overtime charges
• 24 hour priority service
• Agreement is transferable
• Lifetime limited warranty on repairs**
• Will meet manufactures warranty requirements.

**Repairs made by Air Squad will be covered for the lifetime of the unit as long as the Energy Savings Agreement is kept active.  Any lapse in the ESA will void this warranty and will be reduced to six months from the date of service on parts and labor.
